Following the success of their first collaboration earlier this year in March, Avenue 32 and The Overdressed hosted their second shopping experience event in Manama, Bahrain, last week. The UK-based online retailer and Bahraini blogger, Sheikha Dana Al Khalifa, welcomed guests at the Oliveto restaurant to shop pieces from international labels.
This time around, the shopping experience was extended to three days, from October 22nd to October 24th. Shoppers were served canapés while jazz music played in the background as they browsed through the collections of celebrated designers such as Tanya Taylor, Vika Gazinskaya, Alice Temperley, Vivetta, Antonio Marras, and Vilshenko.
Avenue 32 turned what is normally a virtual experience into a reality by providing the guests a platform to touch and try pieces so that their future online purchases could be made with a better understanding of the quality that the site offers its clientele.
