Lebanese-born, London-based jewelery designer, Noor Fares has teamed up with Greek shipping heiress Eugenie Niarchos to launch a special concept pop up store in London. Open until February 2013 and titled the “Galactic Garden”, the concept store showcases collaborative pieces including two pairs of Galactic Wing earrings and four unique rings aptly titled Orion, Sine, Helios, and Astrion. To mark the launch, the pair hosted an intimate cocktail at the contemporary art space Shizaru London where Camilla Al Fayed, Julia Restoin Roitfeld, Shirazu Founder Benjamin Khalili, and an expecting Tatiana Santo Domingo, were spotted nibbling on spiced tofu parcels and hummus curry leaves.
