Following Sunday’s 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, there was only one question on everyone’s mind: Just how did recording artist and actress Teyana Taylor achieve that body? For those who missed the show, allow us to get you up to speed.

During his allotted four minutes of airtime, Kanye West dropped the new music video for his single, Fade. In the clip, Teyana Taylor can be seen showing off her athletic prowess and enviable body through a series of workout-inspired dance moves in barely-there gym attire. And here’s the most impressive part: Taylor gave birth to a baby girl just eight months ago.

Viewers took to Twitter to express their awe after the preview, and many clamored for a Teyana Taylor workout regime. Well, lace up your Yeezus sneakers because Taylor has plans to reveal her fitness secrets via an exercise video later this year.

In an interview with Vogue, Taylor announced, “Sometime this year, I want to make a DVD. Most people are selfish—they’re trying to keep all their secrets to themselves.” She added, “I really want to do it to help out all of the ladies.” Taylor, who credits dancing for her toned physique, admitted that she doesn’t follow a strict regime. “My diet sucks,” she stated. “I eat pizza, fried chicken, macaroni; I don’t eat vegetables. But I dance!” she proclaimed.
