Ahead of the Style.com/Arabia—DDFC Fashion Prize gala on Wednesday night, the finalists gathered at the Dubai Design District (d3) for an event hosted by Style.com/Arabia in partnership with the Dubai Design & Fashion Council (DDFC) and Farfetch. Following the event, the finalists—Riccardo Audisio and Yago Goicoechea of Taller Marmo; Hussein Bazaza; Aziz Humaid; Rami Kadi; Hind Matar of Matar; Reema Al Banna of Reemami; Nafsika Skourti; and Zayan Ghandour for Zayan The Label (Amine Bendriouich arrived later that day)—headed over to Sole DXB.
The finalists, in the running for the prize valued at US $250,000, spoke about presenting their collections to the jury members and the experience of being a part of the Fashion Prize. Watch the exclusive video above.
