Kuwaiti social media sensation Ascia AKF from The Hybrids took to the streets of New York during the Spring 2016 fashion week all decked out in outfits by Arab designers. If you’re looking to take your street style credentials up a notch, take inspiration from some of Ascia AKF’s best outfits.
The style influencer kicked off NYFW wearing an all-white ensemble by Kuwaiti label June 18 Fashion and added a punch of color to her outfit by carrying a royal blue shield bag by Bahraini designer Sofia Al Asfoor.
During the Jason Wu show, she donned a By Nouma gray summer bisht with gold embroidery and styled it with a Rula Galayini cuff box clutch and a bib necklace by Kuwaiti label Noha Noor.
Going monochrome, here she opted for a full outfit by Dubai-based label Lili.Aiya with a black shield handbag by Sofia Al Asfoor.
Ascia AKF looked stylish and elegant in an arabesque-print vest with tassel belt details from Hamsa that she offset with Native Dubai’s mini python and crocodile handbag.
This look was a nod to the ‘90s. Ascia AKF wore a bandana scarf with a quirky jacket by Jeddah-based label Fyunka, featuring the brand’s signature print, and a wool wrap pouch by Kuwaiti accessory brand Folklore.
