Today’s Treat pays homage to the legend that is Grace Kelly, seen through the eyes of fashion illustrator, Megan Hess.

Hess’ drawings have adorned the cover of Candace Bushnell’s best-selling book Sex And The City, as well as portraits for Vanity Fair, the windows of Bergdorf Goodman in New York City, and Chanel advertisements.

Here, the Hollywood movie star turned Princess of Monaco is drawn on a pale pink scarf, an accessory very much favored by Kelly herself, who turned it into a fashion statement while trying to eschew the lenses of the paparazzi.

Handmade in Italy, this bespoke item is part of a range of silk twill scarves inspired by the Australian artist’s illustrated book The Fashion House, which also include three of Hess’s favorite fashion icons: Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn, and Elizabeth Taylor.
