It’s official—Eva Longoria is engaged to Jose Antonio Baston. The president of Televisa—a Latin American media company—proposed to the former Desperate Housewives star with a ruby engagement ring under the Arabian skies during a romantic desert trip in Dubai. The announcement was shared on the actress’ Instagram account with a picture of the couple embracing and captioned, “Ummmm so this happened….#Engaged #Dubai #Happiness.”
The couple, who have been together since 2013, traveled to Dubai this week for the third Middle East edition of the Global Gift Gala, which took place during the Dubai International Film Festival. Longoria was the honorary chair of the event that raised AED/SAR 1.1 million to benefit Dubai Cares and the Global Gift Foundation.
The announcement will mark the bride-to-be’s third pending marriage; she was previously married to NBA player Tony Parker and actor Tyler Christopher.
