For the first time, creative director Hedi Slimane took the Saint Laurent show to his home base Los Angeles, California. Held at the iconic Sunset Boulevard Hollywood Palladium theater, the presentation showcased the Men’s Fall 2016 collection and Part One of the Women’s Fall 2016 ready-to-wear collection ahead of Part Two to be showcased during Paris Fashion Week on March 7th. A bevy of celebrities, music legends, and A-listers flocked to the West Coast to celebrate the creative director’s affinity for music and the icons that have inspired him throughout the years. Filling up the front row of this rock ‘n’ roll fête was Justin Bieber, Milla Jovovich, Pamela Anderson and her sons Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger, Courtney Love, Lady Gaga, Sylvester Stallone and his daughters Sophia Rose and Sistine Rose, Gary Oldman and Style.com/Arabia’s Voices contributor Erica Pelosini Leeman were among the star-studded crowd in attendance.
