Marking her first Cannes Film Festival appearance, Amal Clooney made a glamorous arrival on the red carpet for the premiere of Money Monster. The human rights lawyer—who was at Cannes to support her husband, George Clooney, who stars in the Jodie Foster directed film—wore a dandelion yellow, one-shoulder, Grecian-inspired gown featuring a thigh-high slit and flowing train signed Atelier Versace. The raven-haired beauty with bombshell waves finished her custom-made dress with Cartier drop earrings and gold Jimmy Choo sandals.

Since the cinematic festival kicked off last week, canary yellow gowns have been having a major moment on the red carpet. Alongside Amal Clooney, a number of stars sported sunny numbers upon arrival. For the opening gala and premiere of Café Society, Jessica Chastain wore a bright yellow, strapless waist-accentuating gown by Armani Privé and Anna Kendrick stepped out in a figure-hugging, floor-sweeping Stella McCartney silhouette.
