With her enviably toned physique, it’s no surprise that 37-year-old Dubai-based model Daynah Joseph was selected to walk all the shows at Fashion Forward Spring 2016. In a recent interview with Style.com/Arabia, the stunning Trinidad and Tobago native credited her svelte frame to her vegan diet, regular Bikram yoga classes, and fondness for chia seeds, spinach, and a mix of other supercharged ingredients in the form of a delicious juice.

Here, the model shares her best juicing recipes to be enjoyed morning, afternoon, and evening with Style.com/Arabia to help get you in shape for summer. Joseph suggests drinking plenty of water in between each colorful recipe. Happy juicing!

FILLING MORNING JUICE

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients:

3 kale leaves
A cup of almond milk or low fat milk
A spoon of peanut butter
2 ripe bananas
Seeds of your choice (personal favorites: chia or flax)

Instructions:

Blend all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender until you reach your desired consistency. Pour into a glass to serve.

LOADED LUNCHTIME JUICE

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients:

3 kale leaves
1 handful of spinach
3 cucumbers
1 green apple (chopped)
1 orange or pineapple (chopped)
1 teaspoon of ginger

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients in an electric juicer. Pour into a glass to serve.

DEXTOX DINNER JUICE

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients:

3 kale leaves
1 handful of spinach
3 cucumbers
1 apple (chopped)
3 sticks of celery
2 spoons of pickled beetroot (sliced)

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients in an electric juicer. Pour into a glass to serve.
