 “I can kick! I can stretch! I’m …50!”

Christy Turlington has a refreshing view of ageing.  Now, at 45 years old (not 50), she is stepping back into the modeling spotlight with fashion campaigns for Missoni, Jason Wu, and Calvin Klein. In the beauty realm, she has also now been appointed as the global ambassador for Imedeen. The Imedeen beauty supplements contain an age-fighting potion of collagen-boosting marine complex and anti-oxidants Vitamin C and zinc.

As a member of the formidable original supermodel set, Turlington shot to fame as the face of Calvin Klein in 1997, though it was her appearance alongside Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, and Cindy Crawford, all lip-synching in George Michael’s music video Freedom that solidified her supermodel status.

Now, the model and wife of film director, producer, and actor Edward Burns, and mother of two, is a yoga aficionado and the author of Living Yoga: Creating A Life Practice. With a will to grow old gracefully, she makes a perfect pin-up for a beauty brand whose ethos is to be beautiful from the inside out.

“Now, more than ever, it’s important that I nourish myself in every way possible to take care of my health and well-being. Caring for my skin on the inside is just as important as how I care for the outside and I can count on Imedeen to deliver deep down nourishment where it matters most,” Turlington commented on her decision to collaborate with the beauty brand.
