If the Spring 2016 runways are any indication, then blue is the new black—when it comes to eye makeup . The beauty trend also caught on in Milan where Tod’s sent its models down the runway wearing blue mascara, with their eyes further accentuated with blue kohl.
It remains to be seen whether the color will also pop up on the Paris Fashion Week runways, but it seems that this might be the year that colored mascara finally takes off.
