Last fall, we coined the hashtag #PoppyForPlatinum to see if the gorgeous British model would lighten her honey-colored locks and it would appear that the seed we planted finally sprouted into a silvery-white mane—Poppy Delevingne is officially platinum. The model debuted her new look earlier this month via her brother-in-law’s Instagram, and we absolutely love it.
As the model joins the ranks of other celebrities with white-blond tresses, we hope that her dalliance with platinum lasts longer than Kim Kardashian West’s, who eventually went back to brunette, stating that “being blonde is a full-time job.” But we can hardly blame Kim; platinum hair does require a ton of upkeep. Now let’s start a campaign to #KeepPoppyPlatinum.
