However, her Minajesty opted for a more restrained wardrobe choice than we are used to seeing in her recent music videos and the trend appeared to extend to the other celebrities that attended the awards. British model and Victoria’s Secret Angel Jourdan Dunn continued to rock the glossy bob that she first debuted back in August; this time adding a wave to soften the symmetry. A nude lip and bronzed smoky eyes completed the glam look.
The petite singer is rarely spotted without her trademark high ponytail and caused a stir with her underdressed tresses. Sleek locks and a rouge lip stain gave Ariana Grande a mature look—in a good way.
British singer and presenter Alesha Dixon sported swept back hair, which complemented her busy dress. We particularly liked her violet lips, the perfect accessory for fall.
MTV presenter Laura Whitmore accessorized her wavy locks with lashings of mascara and kohl-rimmed eyes.
Nicki Minaj is known for sporting a variety of eccentric hairstyles, ranging from bubblegum pink wigs to a bleached blonde bouffant. Fittingly, during the course of the show, each wardrobe change was accompanied by a change in hairstyle. We liked Minaj’s blunt bangs with false eyelashes, which gave the star an edge without being too over the top. As far as transformations go, this may be Minaj’s freshest yet.
