Aerial yoga may find its inspiration from acrobatics, but that being said, you don’t need Cirque du Soleil skills to have a go at the latest fitness craze. Just when it seemed like everyone was snapping selfies in the boxing ring, it looks like suspended yoga poses are set to replace left hooks and uppercuts as the workout du jour. Natasha Poly shared a mid-stretch Insta while at a resort in the Maldives, while fellow Russian super Vlada Roslyakova chilled out in an upside-down tree pose. Stateside, Angela Lindvall took part in some at-home aerial action. Resting Bat, anyone?
