Anastasia Soare, who has worked with famous faces (including Penélope Cruz, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Cindy Crawford, and Naomi Campbell, to name a few), is regarded as an eyebrow guru. Moving from her native Romania to Beverly Hills, Soare couldn’t believe that people weren’t paying attention to their eyebrows, which was a staple part of her beauty routine back home.
