Earlier this year, Palestinian model Gigi Hadid wrote an open letter on Instagram addressing body shamers, stating that she would not allow their negative comments to affect her or her career. She then went on to walk the 20th annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, front the cover of British Vogue, and most recently, land a Versace Spring 2016 ad campaign shot by famed photographer Steven Klein.

In her debut Versace campaign, the 20-year-old poses alongside models Natasha Poly and Raquel Zimmermann in the Salt Flats of California. Her long blond tresses, which she momentarily traded for a faux bob at the 2015 American Music Awards, are styled poker straight and parted in the center.

Her sleek mane paired with a golden tan serves as a major beauty inspiration, and prompts us to reach for our hair straightener. To recreate the look, apply two pumps of the Kérastase Cristalliste Cristal Sculpt serum (US $42; AED/SAR 154) before styling the towel dried hair for a smooth, lightweight finish. Using the pointy end of a rat-tail comb, make a clean part in the middle of your hair. For a golden, healthy glow, blend the Giorgio Armani Maestro Liquid Summer SPF 15 (US $64; AED/SAR 235) with your foundation and massage evenly onto your face.
