The Tip
After waxing or sugaring, avoid the sun for at least 24 hours as recently waxed skin is prone to hyper pigmentation (darkening of the skin). If it’s unavoidable, be sure to use a high SPF sunscreen. Pores are open and prone to infection so after your shower, use a lavender lotion, which has an antibacterial effect to soothe and heal.
