Having only just been recently released stateside, the Christian Louboutin Nail Color is set to launch across boutiques in the Middle East October 1st. Not only is this dream nail polish selling like hotcakes online, despite having a steep US $50 (AED 240) price tag, it has already made an exclusive appearance on the New York Fashion Week runway.
Surprisingly, it was not the Louboutin Rouge Nail Color (the exact red of the iconic scarlet soles) that captured the attention of nail artist, Madeline Poole, but a shade from the Nudes Collection instead. Models backstage at the Peter Som Spring 2015 show had their fingertips dipped in the Christian Louboutin Nudes Collection Alta Perla Nail Color. According to Poole, “Alta Perla is a sophisticated gray/nude that goes with any skin tone and offsets the crisp, all-American glamour of the collection.”
