The Chanel Perfection Lumière Velvet Smooth-Effect Makeup SPF 15 is a pocket-sized foundation that comes in an array of skin-flattering shades. Yet this complexion enhancer is much more than just a travel friendly treat.
At a miniature 15ml size, what might have been presupposed as a gimmick has instead proved itself after a week of intensive beauty training (as I like to call it) and taken up residency even in my smallest clutch. But why? First, the texture test. This formula glides easily over the skin, much like a fine liquid, and dries down in just a few seconds, leaving behind a radiant yet matte finish. It has a cool sensation and feels as though it is evaporating on contact, making it a solid option for both hesitant foundation wearers and those who won’t make an appearance on the treadmill without their “face on.”
How to apply?
