With the Emmy Awards excitement mounting, last night’s pre-Emmy bash in West Hollywood served as a warm-up for the main event. Our favorite beauty looks came courtesy of Top Chef Host, Padma Lakshmi, and top model, Joan Smalls who both plucked for some seriously punchy pouts.
