The launch of Preserve has sparked criticism and endless comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog Goop. However, scrolling the Preserve site with an open mind, I am genuinely interested and want to add some of the recipes to my culinary repertoire. In her Editor’s letter, Lively refers to herself as less of a teacher and more of a student, stating, “I’m hungry for experience.” It is her humble tone and passion for food and healthy living that will have me popping back to the site now and again, intrigued to see what this beauty prescribes.
