Known for her pouty, poker face and slender physique, Victoria Beckham is a 39-year-old mother of four, not to mention a multitasking mega mogul. With her fashion line to run and home life to orchestrate, it comes as little surprise that she jumped at the chance to try out an office desk with built-in treadmill on a recent trip to the Condé Nast College in London. In full VB uniform complete with skyscraper heels, she gave students a master class on how a workaholic works out.
Taking to her twitter account to report of her findings she stated, “every office should have one of these, work out and work at the same time!! Genius!!”
In fact, we know that Beckham is fond of a bicycle ride as a form of exercise as she took to Instagram when it was highly publicized that her bike was stolen from outside her office saying, “So I won’t be riding home tonight then!” It’s difficult to imagine her riding around on a bicycle, with helmet and high heels in tow, without a paparazzi showdown at every red light.
Social media gives us a glimpse of Beckham’s more comedic side, including a recent photograph of her in the office with a bag on her head, captioned, “After three hours of sleep I feel like an old bag!” We’d speculate that it won’t be long before treadmill desks start cropping up more widely, especially during fashion month when it’s always office o’clock.
