We cozied up to blond bombshell Devon Windsor during hair and makeup. Here, her top tips for staying energized and the one product she’s “addicted” to.

NYFW started just a few days ago; how has it been so far for you?

Good! Aside from the cold weather, it’s actually been pretty easy.

How do you stay healthy and keep your energy up during a full calendar of shows?

Sleep, whenever you get the chance! And keep a good diet of positive eating, because I find I get really tired when I’m hungry. So anytime that I’m not at a fitting, I try to get a proper meal with protein and things, so that’s big for my energy levels. And water!

As a model, you’re constantly getting makeup applied and removed. What is your skincare regimen for getting everything off after a day of shows?

I use Bioderma, because it’s very gentle, water-based, and it doesn’t irritate the skin. And then I use a Clarisonic spin brush with a Shiseido face wash/makeup remover. Then I use Chanel Hydra Crème—it’s my go-to lotion before bed.

What is one beauty item that you keep with you at all times during fashion week?

Probably lip balm, just because my lips get really, really dried out—especially in the winter. So I’m kind of addicted to ChapStick, I think. I love Rosebud Salve.
