At Fendi, dazzling lips were paired with disjointed cat-eyes. To create the glitter-pressed pout, makeup artist Peter Philips dipped a brush into a pot of clear glue, picked up the peach-colored particles, and dabbed the sparkling mixture on the models’ mouths.

Hairstylist Paul Hanlon intertwined sections of braids and piled them into beehive buns that sat at the crown of models’ heads.

Makeup artist Val Garland drew graphic symbols on models’ foreheads and along their ears using silver glitter.
TRUE BLUE at GIORGIO ARMANI

Dark blue eyeshadow was smudged across the models’ lids for soft smolders at Armani. The high impact look was completed with a layer of mascara and a swipe of clear gloss.
CHASING RAINBOWS at MAX MARA

Makeup artist Tom Pecheux painted washes of vivid, colorful pigment across the models’ temples for a prismatic effect. Complexions were kept clean, while hair was pulled back into ponytails.
While some of the world’s most renowned designers unveiled their collections on the Spring 2017 ready-to-wear runways at Milan Fashion Week, renowned hair stylists and makeup artists (including Val Garland, Peter Philips, and Paul Hanlon) armed themselves with hair extensions, curling irons, and glitter (lots of glitter) to create an array of striking beauty looks for the shows.
