Meghan Markle’s sandals — the Hermès Orans — have been the must-have summer shoe amongst designer accessory enthusiasts over recent seasons. Having first dropped in 1997, the 27-year-old silhouette has a simple yet instantly-recognizable, distinctive design, with its ‘H’ logo strap stretching across the toes.
A style which has been attempted to be replicated by many a high street label, the number of copycat designs has only served to increase the noise around the OG product and, in turn, increased its influence and seen it appear on more wish lists than ever.
Known for her love of a timeless, fuss-free aesthetic, it’s no surprise therefore that Meghan Markle is a fan of the Oran. Having been spotted previously in the sandal’s tan and gold iteration, this weekend she was seen debuting a new pair in a pastel, blush pink.
Worn with a loose-fit blue button-down shirt, super relaxed white jeans and oversized sunglasses, Meghan’s look worn during an afternoon in Palm Beach was giving all the summer inspiration we needed. To complete her laid-back look, the Duchess of Sussex added a hint of bling to her outfit with what seems to be a stack of gold bangles and bracelets.
For Meghan Markle, the past week has been a special one. Not only has she got to enjoy some downtime in Miami, the American Riviera Orchard founder was also seen out and about supporting husband Prince Harry at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club.
